"Was sad to find out that they do not have labs and mammogram faciliity in their new location. Been a patient there for 40 yrs. Seen a lot of Dr's and PA's come and go. Now recently had lab work done and it was hardly anything like 2022. No liver functions, no blood count, no T4 (for my thyroid) liver function. Family history of Hep C so liver funtions should have been ordered, so disappointed. ..."

"Have been going here for many years and I do like my doctor. Service has gone way downhill. Can’t get lab work done here anymore, I think their urgent care closed (but not positive), and to get in to see your doctor takes up to a year. If you call and are really ill they tell you to go to an urgent care facility. They will never “fit you in” in an emergency . I made an appointment in June of 2022 ..."

"My doctor of 40 years retired and I was assigned to Westside Medical. I will be looking for somewhere new. When I arrived for my appt. I was pleasantly surprised that the waiting area was empty...yay I shouldn't have to wait long. LOL right. A very nice nurse came to me after about an half hour and apologized that the PA was running behind. After waiting an hour she brought me into the exam room. ..."

"My Grandson goes there for allergy shots. They're only open two days a week but seem to close at will with only a sign on the door. Many times we have drove over 30 miles each way only to find out they are closed on the day that they are supposed to be open. "

"When I first moved to Kalamazoo, which was over 30 years ago, Westside Family Medical was the first medical clinic I went to and I liked it so well I never bothered going anywhere else. All the doctors and nurses were always so nice and friendly even the the ladies at the front desk,but now it's like a ghost building. It was really nice having a pharmacy right in the the same building, now that is ..."

"Westside family medical center is the best it is so sad to see that the pharmacy has closed and that a lot of things are closing down people have a lot of bad things to say about it because Because everything is closing but the doctor's the pharmacy and every department in the building is the greatest I have been there for over 20 some years and I still go there. "Not sure what is going on at Westside Medical but it seems to be falling apart. I have went here for years and now everything has changed. No Lab, No xrays, and now No Pharmacy. Have to travel over 12 miles to get these services at the Hospital. Very Disappointed!!! "

"before it was purchased.. i went here for years.. never a cancellation. Even a lab RIGHT THERE. Westside pharmacy was always available right after. In the last couple of months, no lab, no pharmacy now... plus I've had 2 cancellations costing me vacation time. A doctor left. Prescriptions not being filled. This place is garbage now"
