"I'm very happy with Zack as my provided but the office staff is horrible. Now that they've merged with Mercy I can't even get a hold of anyone in billing. I called the same number I've always used and it goes to Mercy who has no record of me. As much as I love Zack, I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere for a primary."

"Ever since Dr. Freiji retired I have not had a very good experience at this facility. I called three times today because I have been having gastro-intestinal problems for the last few days. I thought it was a stomach flu but now I'm thinking that's not what it is. I wanted to speak to Danielle Freiji and get some advice. I left messages in the "urgent" mailbox. "On my second visit to see Zack Smith for a colonoscopy preopt, I was told that I had to wear a mask, even though none of the staff nor Zack were wearing one? Due to extreme COPD, I can't wear a mask, so I was asked to leave. So no colonoscopy. On my third visit for a follow up with Zack, I was told to have a seat. "They don't charge you while you're there. They take your insurance, you see the doctor, they tell you you're fine and don't have to pay, and then send you to collections when they inevitably come calling months later saying you owe money.
