"I'm very happy with Zack as my provided but the office staff is horrible. Now that they've merged with Mercy I can't even get a hold of anyone in billing. I called the same number I've always used and it goes to Mercy who has no record of me. As much as I love Zack, I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere for a primary."

Due to extreme COPD, I can't wear a mask, so I was asked to leave. So no colonoscopy. On my third visit for a follow up with Zack, I was told to have a seat. They take your insurance, you see the doctor, they tell you you're fine and don't have to pay, and then send you to collections when they inevitably come calling months later saying you owe money.
