"I went to a dermatologist for a new patient visit. The visit was easy to schedule. I have medicare, and one of the codes I was billed for is code 99203 ( American Medical Association code for new patient office visit that lasts 30–44 minutes). Does anyone get 30 to 44 minutes in any visit any more? Tops it was 10 minutes; and billed $650; of which $200 was not covered. There was alot more that could ..."

"I cannot tell anything positive about the services. From year to year the quality of services goes from bad to worse. Right now I am not able to schedule an appointment because some representative denied me in scheduling/accepting for mammograms only because referral came from the primary doctor who is not apart of WestMed. I am shocked!"

"Many good doctors, some great doctors but the "system" provides no clinical overview, no easy communication with outside doctors, has a bias to refer only in house even it the patient needs care not available within the system. It is a nightmare trying to reach a doctors office and the portal is nearly useless. There are also, sadly, some really not so good doctors that peers will not "rat out"."
