"Very bad experience with Dr Michael Suzman - over salesmanship on a small spot on nose that could have been fixed with a dermal filler, instead the guy operated a big part of nose, messed it, charged to insurance as cancer diagnostic and barely bothered to ask how the treatment went. Plus sends huge bills that should actually be billed to him for snake oil sales work. How many such surgeries have ..."

"Dr Bruno, pneumonologist, didn't want to see me because I arrived minutes late. I have Asthma. I don't think this attitude is humane and in my opinion this attitude is not worthy of a doctor. There weren't many people in the office...."

"Totally Bad. I can sleep because I have bad problems in my lung. I was late in minutes and the doctor wasn’t human and just said no. So the world no need people this way. Please find other if you have problems. For me no patience with people is totally TERRIBLE "

"Doctors at Westmed are great for the most part, if you can get an appointment. Takes forever to get a call back too. Lab is rude and some phlebotomists have a bad habit of having gloves on to do other things then proceed with the same gloves to do a blood draw if you let them. Basically, they don't care. "

"Westmed's Rye location lab is excellent for what really matters: They know how to do the procedures very well. I've had my blood taken there every year for the last 10 years, and sometimes I don't even realize immediately that the needle went in. I've never waited more than 20 minutes or so. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"Room 102 blood work very rude people, unbelievable. Foing nothing but chatting in the back room yet too « busy » to help. Debra and her collegue, on a Saturday, along with the loud yelling receptionist avross the hallway were so rude, so unhelpful I cant express in words. I am a Caucasian patient, so maybe that is why. Shame on them."
