"Just an overall outstanding initial visit with Dr. Shock. Great assistant and very efficient office staff! I was an Emergency and they very readily gave me an appointment within an hour of calling! Dr. Shock worked up an "action plan" for the dental work to be done. Office personnel called my insurance and was able to immediately provide me with the patient amount due! "I met her for followup visit of my 4 year old daughter. I am a physician/cardiologist. This female dentist said she does not have good genetics. Whattt? I am glad you are not a physician who has no ethics or professionalism and no patients will go through this. She only had max 1 minute to inform us about getting a procedure. Never see her again!!!!"
