"I called the phone number to make an appointment with an orthodontics dentist and the person that I talked on the phone hardly knew anything about dentist work and he assured me I was going to meet the dentist I requested on the day of my appointment I went to my appointment and I was told x-rays had to be taken before I speak with the dentist. "I wish I could give them 0 stars! If you want to get rip-off this is the place , the work I got it done was ruined just after 3 months ! Also with insurance they wanted charge me $2000 of my pocket for a cleaning WTF they thinking well I don’t know ????? I left running without looking back, places like this should be illegal , i hope with this help others not going through the same"

"This dental office provides decent in-person dental service, however their financial/claims department is lacking in issue resolution. I have a claim from 10/2020 that has been re-submitted more times than I can count. At each phone call upon receiving the same bill in the mail, I make a call to the office only to hear the same thing each time along the lines of “we are not sure why your claim is ..."
