Go to washington state association of psychology , they returned a call I made an a licensed psychologist took the time an called me, not a receptionist , an the lady was a lady an very nice an pleasant to talk to an you knew right away what a professional an very knowledgeable doctor, she spent about twenty minutes on the phone listening to my terrible an unprofessional experience ..."
