"The staff in the front office are rude. They are downright unpleasant from the start. They act as if we are a burden to come for health care services. I'm surprised WWMG stays in business considering how behind the times they are. The medical assisting staff for procedures are bossy, not pleasant, and no bedside manners. One lady argued with me about what one day equals. I tried to explain to her ..."

"Called schedule an appointment for a patient. After a very long wait the receptionist was extremely rude. She sorts of scheduled an appointment but transferred me before confirming the appointment was schedules. Also, I was talking to her when she transferred the call. Bad customer patient care service. Please make sure you train your phone staff properly."
