"The staff in the front office are rude. They are downright unpleasant from the start. They act as if we are a burden to come for health care services. "Called schedule an appointment for a patient. After a very long wait the receptionist was extremely rude. She sorts of scheduled an appointment but transferred me before confirming the appointment was schedules. Also, I was talking to her when she transferred the call. Bad customer patient care service. Please make sure you train your phone staff properly."
