"The office side of this practice is incompetent. They disregard any information you give them regarding their mistakes, and make them repeatedly. They do not answer or call back for scheduling. The person who brought me back for my procedure was rude and hateful when I asked if to make sure they had the correct insurance listed."

"If the front office staff wasn't so rude this would be a better review but when you're pushed out of allowing the doctors to offer quality of care I mean the doctors didn't even ask me my side of what happened they just automatically believed their staff which is sad because I recorded every phone call and not one phone call says what the secretary said I said it was the other way around I highly ..."

"Will not return calls for meds or re schedule appointments"

"Didn't get prescription sent to pharmacy. Called several times let messages but no call back. Called 3 times before next follow-up appt no call back. They called the day of my appointment and want me to reschedule. Transfered me to there phone had to leave message, again no call back. I'm going to have my Dr send a referral to someone else. Imy done here"
