"The staff is overworked and underpaid. The doctors see too many patients, leading to wait times of an hour or more.The manager is horrible, spending more of her time hiding in the office than out in the clinic area."

"We have had a nightmare dealing with these folks. Dr. M Waheed ordered tests in February (that should have been ran in the hospital, but that was another nightmare) and here we are in October and have never received the results. I have called and called this office. We get letters resetting our appointments nearly monthly. As it stands we won't be seeing him until just over a year since he ordered ..."

His nurse was the nicest thing about the visit. Since the visit I have called the office three times. "Dr akabar is really nice Doctor. Do not care for the billing department. They don't care about his patients. Only money. Lady's at the desk are very dry and have no personality. It would make patients feel better if the staff would interact with kind words and smiles."
