"My first appointment was a wasted trip. I had requested a surgical consult but got a nurse practitioner instead. That nurse practitioner examined my urethra without cleaning her hands or using gloves. I ended up with a urinary tract infection as a result. My second appointment they put the wrong patient label on my urine collection cup and were very rude when I asked why they needed another urine ..."
