"Almost 4 years ago I was forced to have a doctor in my network. I chose WVFS. The doctor I chose I've NEVER met. I've seen 4 doctors from this practice in 4 years. They don't seem to keep the same staff. Now I'e been told in a voicemail that my next appointment has been canceled because the last doctor I've seen is no longer with them. "My mother was assessed by one of the APP's in this practice over at John Knox Village there in Orange City. This visit was required prior to being transferred to the Assisted Living care unit at John Knox. My understanding is this APP felt my mother did not meet criteria for transfer. Nobody contacted me ( only family member) letting me know the brakes had been placed regarding her being transferred. ..."
