"It's disgusting how the staff treats patients here. It's disturbing how much the state of California pushes for mental health support and one of their own government owned facilities treats others like this, especially in times of crisis. It's obvious that staff is not adequetly trained to handle people of different disabilities. I have never, ever felt more humiliated, dehumanized than at this facility. ..."
