"I cannot get a nurse to return my phone calls! I left a message for a nurse to call me 7 days ago regarding a medicine refill. I called again today and was told they would leave another message because they had not pulled my first message. I will run out of medicine in 3 days! This is very unacceptable no matter how busy they are or how short handed they are!!"
