"We called for appointment and gave my insurance info. West Sunrise called us back hours later asking for insurance info. I gave it to them again and showed up for appointment and greeted by Paul at front desk. They did not have my insurance info. Our response was we will pay out of pocket as large advertisement on front window read CLEANING, XRAYS AND EXAM fifty-nine dollars. Paul said can't do the ..."

"DO NOT GO HERE Dr. Golden is unprofessional has horrible bedside manor and does not know how to be gentle with patients who have dental anxiety. He is instead rude and gets frustrated with patients. I insisted that the new crown put in my mouth was too big and instead of shaving down the crown he shaved down my natural tooth to adjust for his error. When I still couldn't bite correctly he was annoyed ..."
