"Billing is terrible. I received a bill after my insurance had paid. I called and they asked for a copy of the EOB. I immediately sent them a copy of the EOB and called them back after 3 weeks as they told me to do. After the 3 weeks they could not tell me the status as it was "still in the back area for review". A week after calling they have now sent me another bill hoping that I will sent them ..."
