"Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. New patient visits are NOT the quoted $199 for exam/x-rays and cleaning. Bait & Switch. This practice lures customers in with a "New Patient" package, then refuses to give a basic cleaning. $199 for a dentist exam? Truly foul."
