"Doctor was the best, but sub par as of last two years. Office staff does not answer the phone, doesn’t return phone calls, paperwork is not followed up in a timely manner, and results are given days after patient can see them on Beaumont chart. It’s disappointing, sad, frustrating, and disheartening to see such a great doctor who no longer cares. Not sure what to do now…."
