"West Lake Dental was my dental office for over 40 years and now they refuse to see me unless I pay cash because they say that Delta Dental insurance is too much hassle for them to process. Definitely very disappointing to be treated this way."

"I had my annual appointment yesterday and met the new Hygienist, Heidi, for the first time. She is wonderful! I told her I have been coming to West Lake Dental for probably around 55 years. I would not go anywhere else as it's the best. The care they have taken with precautions and safety measures is top notch. I felt totally comfortable."

"One always leaves West Lake with a sense of trust - trust based both on their professionalism and care - in equal measure. Just left the office after they made room in their schedule for my 95 year old mother who was living with us in St Paul during the pandemic.
