"the doctors are wonderful, but the office staff is lacking. i tried to call to change an appointment and held for over 30 minutes with no answer. i called the receptionist to inquire and was put back into the same que with no answer. i asked to speak to the office manager and directed back to the same que. if my call is important, then pick up the phone"
