"West Grand dental provide an on time schedule appointment; that means I didn’t have a lengthy wait time for an appointment or service . I called for an appointment on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. I had a 12:00 appointment and I came in 15 minutes early and I was in the chair at 12:00 . "The staff is stellar! Always professional! Dr. Chong goes the extra miles to explain dental procedures so that I have a greater understanding. He spent time educating me about the the range and pricing of electric toothbrush carriers so that as a consumer, I can make better decisions regarding purchases. Just to reiterate, the patient services are exemplary each time I visit!"

"XOnly a 1 because pain management is critical to the experience and something went horribly wrong here. I have high pain tolerance, needles don't bother me and I've had several teeth pulled including wisdom. Never had an experience like this. 1 leg literally in the air, pain was so bad. Otherwise they are nice and professional with a nice office. Also, they have no gas, which helps with pain management ..."

"The Hygienist - Sarah - who provided my cleaning was very thorough. She explained the procedure and her findings while cleaning my teeth. She indicated areas she would be advising Dr. Chong about. Sarah's tough was gentle but competent. Dr. Chong explained thoroughly his recommendation for further study and procedures. My experience was far more pleasant than those I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST."
