"West FL Radiology turned me over to collections for a bill I never received. I've never been late paying anything in my life!! What's worse, it was for a little over $41. Very cold customer service. Unfortunate. If there were negative stars, I'd rate them lower."

"West Florida Radiology Assoc. has turned into collection bills which I never received, and my primary (Medicare) and secondary insurance (Mail Handler Benefit Plan) never received either. The two different dates of services were for radiology services done at Santa Rosa Medical Center, and they have been paid in full for those dates of service: August 4, 2021 and October 12, 2021. My insurance company ..."
