"They have changed dramatically from two years ago. They charge you $50 for a copy of your rx. Even though you or an insurance paid for the exam. They also lie. If you request thr physician you had last time, and they say sure, they still put you wherever they want and don.not tell you. Never again. They also do not tell you ahead they charge for the rx "

"Looking locally for an eye exam, I was told by the office manager of West Coast Eye Institute, before an office visit, that my insurance would certainly cover the cost of a routine eye exam. At end of office visit I was asked to pay $104.00 for the contact lens portion of the exam, certainly an unexpected charge, but I paid it. Weeks later I receive another bill in the mail for $117.00, they explain ..."
