"Place is a joke. I used to like going there but they wouldn't even help me to get a doctor's note to go back to work. I forgot I don't see a doctor. All I get to see every time I go is a nurse."

"This is the second month in a row my husband has to wait for his pain pills he gets them once a month he's in a lot of pain everyday last month it was a day late they wouldn't call it in this month it's going to be 3 or 4 days late because they didn't call it in they don't seem to care that he needs them pills I don't know why they make people wait his 30 days was up he did his lab everything's fine ..."
