"This is one of the few medical practices that Iam aware of that simply doesn’t return phone calls. Went you visit the office there are plenty of people doing things but no one answers the phone. “Leave a message and we’ll get back to you”. Problem is they never do! "The Doctors maybe excellent, however, the office staff do not return phone calls. Debbie says you should have been here yesterday- you lost a day of monitoring. She gets defensive when asked why she didn’t call me back? Unfortunately, the office staff are de-marketing this practice.
