"If I could change my previous rating, I would!! The support staff is great. I had to wait an hour for a scheduled appointment. Psychiatrist is arrogant, condescending, has no customer service skills, he doesn't listen, lacks understanding, lacks empathy, he is dismissive, rushes through sessions, and has no considerations.
