"I wrote the 1 star review about the billing issue. This has since been resolved to my satisfaction. Since I cannot remove the review, I am posting a 5 star review instead. I would like to point out that I was not asked to remove my review. My experience outside of the billing issue was a good one. While it was frustrating to deal with at the time, I no longer have any issues with the company."

"I asked before each test they gave me if it would be an extra charge. Each time I was told, "No, it will be covered under the visit." Got a bill in the mail weeks later. Individual charges for tests were added. One was even billed as two different tests for one swab, which I was not told would count as two different tests. When I called billing support, they said that "covered under the visit" meant ..."
