The chair is almost upright thru the entire appt. You will feel at ease. Lastly Dr Hirota”s equipment and hygiene procedures are first class."

"Covid protocols at arrival were very good with no waiting except at the elevators. After having to bypass 4 elevator cars due to the 4 person limit, I finally took the 5th car even though I was the 5th person and someone made a comment about being inconsiderate. Hope the building could do something about synchronizing the cars. Gina is excellent, explaining every step and is so easy to chat with. ..."
