"Very unhelpful and disrespectful to patients' condition. They do not answer calls. They ignore messages and refuse to communicate doctor's recommendations on concerning results. Their only recommendation is to retake the test later, for which you will have to personally go to their office and beg the secretary to let you know what the doctor has diagnosed. You will be fine if you are healthy, however, ..."

"The office is very accommodating and we’re able to make appointments, get referrals etc without an issue. My mom met with Jordan the NP and she was very thorough. Dr Ruggieri and his staff has always gotten back to us quickly if we have a problem."
