"I called for an appointment for a serious venous condition and they were able to put me into a cancellation so i wouldn't have to wait long. The person on the phone sent me the patient forms to complete and later that day i got an automated confirmation for my appointment. I took off work on the day of my appointment and postponed a wound care appointment so i could make the appointment with Dr Platzer. ..."
