"So I get that we generally get what we pay for. These guys are extremely professional, a pretty large practice... I think they have three or even four dentists now, they've got at least two or three hygienists cleaning teeth and doing x-rays all day. "Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Very organized and accomodating. I was a new patient with a possible emergency and they got me in quickly and took care of my problem right away. Dr.Valdes explained everything after listening to me and checking me over, made plans for a follow-up and got me on my way. This will be my families dentists as long as I am in the area. "We were in NC on vacation from MD and my daughter’s orthodontic appliance broke. I called frantically to find someone to help and Dr. Root and staff immediately agreed to help, no questions asked. They saw her quickly and took care of the issue right away. Professional and friendly, they were so gracious to us as out of towners - we felt treated like family. Highly recommend! Amazing team."

"I was pleased with the dental procedure today with one exception - I was puzzled by the need to sign the disclaimer concerning my refusal of the ex ray treatment. That was the first time I was ever asked for that. I feel Dr. Root, and the hygienist Kim, are highly skilled, and I have made an appointment for next time with them."

"I was very disappointed and upset with my service today. To begin with I had a different technician and they didn’t notify me of that. After I got there, the technician didn’t even know who my dentist was. She also was going to do x-rays the old fashion way without the panoramic view. My mouth is very small and when I am intubated for surgery, they have to use a pediatric tube. The technician also ..."
