"The front desk staff at the Washington Regional Fayetteville Family Clinic are anything but nice or helpful. The medical personnel, nurses and physician were fine. However, the entire experience starts poorly and ends poorly. Invest in better support staff."

"I started visiting this clinic seven years ago before they built the new building. During this time I went through four primary care doctors due to turnover. I finally left last month after getting disgusted with the quality of care. I have given up on Washington Regional and feel I will have better luck without any primary care doctor around here."
