"I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you need an eye doctor. The service is average, communication is poor, and front and customer service are really mediocre. Be dure that they won’t help you or recognize errors if they make mistakes, especially with the billing."

"I’m very disappointed with this place. I used them before Covid for my eye exams and getting lens and glasses, but stopped because I wasn’t happy with the last glasses I got from them, so decided to try something new. Recently I decided to give them a second opportunity since they are very close to where I live, and it was very bad. Customer service is awful, the lens provided were useless since ..."

"4 out of 5 prescription glasses cames wrong and the front desk wants to convince you otherwise and that you need to get used of them.! Not only that, front desk staff have an attitude that is customer oriented, not really helpful and rude. Make sure you have the Dr. check your prescription before you pay for it."
