I have a chronic digestive disease that requires frequent check ups and care and I’ve been waiting months for an appointment and had two months to go to get into one of their gastroenterologists and they called today to tell me that my appointment would have to be moved to next year because my doctor decided to take a vacation. "Came to this clinic at the most vulnerable, worst time of my life. They offered a colonoscopy + endoscopy, then told me there was nothing else they could do to help me figure out my gastro issues. After seeking a second opinion and offered various other diagnostics, like motility testing, we’ve discovered more of what is really wrong with me. Would not recommend as the entire time I felt dismissed ..."

"VERY DIFFICULT TO get through on your call center line. Have been trying to get an appointment for a procedure for which I have a referral. After calling several times and waiting I left a detailed message for a call back. A week later someone from call center left me a message saying "If you still need help call us". This is not helpful. Hire some staff and get a manager."
