"I am so frustrated by their billing practices. Nobody seems to know how much I owe. The practice itself tells me one number, but the billing department tells me another. I obviously want to know why one is telling me a higher price. Even with insurance the number given seems extreme for the service provided. Why can't we just be clear with the cost of services? "
