"OMG So rude. I asked why my $350 payment is not shown on my statement, she shouted at me over the phone to call my insurance company and hung up on me. Clearly incapable of basic book keeping. As far as health care, the place is dirty and the two people who work there rush through the work without much cleanliness. I watched her re-use the same glove when working on my wife ... just gross."
