"There were no other patients when my husband and I arrived in lab. Four employees were standing around the registration desk all talking and completely ignoring us. Took 25 minutes to get simple blood test and took two tries to get it."

"I was sent for labs today at this facility. My techs name was Alven “Al”. He was pretty awesome. I am terrible with needles, so for me to be comfortable having lab work, is a huge deal. He was funny, personable, professional, and gentle. I barely felt him with needle. This is one technician I will not be nervous about going back to visit. "
