"If I could give them negative stars I would. They NEVER have appointments, they don't have a nurses line, they simply do not care! When my kids had RSV I told them the severity of their symptoms (O2 levels ended up being 82% btw) and they told me they could get me in in two weeks. When I call to ask for records I have to call everyday, several times a day only to get them more than a week later. I ..."
