"Ordering the prep kit was a huge advantage: besides very detailed instructions, it contained chicken broth packets, a box of lemon jello, the bowel movement powder and Gatorade powder to mix it with. I didn't have to run around getting all these Individual items. The kit AND the daily instructional emails made this a very easy procedure."

"They did a hideously terrible job. During the prep period they did not check in with me to see how things were going. I followed their directions exactly, yet my colon was not clear when I arrived. If they had checked in with me, they could have taken steps proactively. When they discovered my colon was not clear, they then revealed there was nothing they could do because it was Friday afternoon. ..."
