"The doctor I saw was very nice (I don't remember his name). However, the front office staff needs A LOT of work! They NEVER answer the phones!!! You will always get voicemail and have to leave a message....They don't answer the phones.... AND NO ONE EVER RETURNS THE CALL!!!. This is such bad business! "I visited the office on August 11th for an eye injury from LabCorp. On contact with the front desk receptionist Marla, she was far from personabl. She was dry and appeared to be bothered by my presence. She called me up to obtain my payment. I used my HealthEquity card that has a significant balance. The card wouldn’t go through.
