"The new receptionist at the front is very rude, I needed a refill on meds, took 4 days to get them to finally send a message to the Dr, to find out I needed new blood work. Ok fine, made the appt no big deal. Needed refill bc appt is 2 wks away, they promised to send in refill. They left early on Thursday pm, without calling in my refills before the holidays. The sign says open until 6 I drove up ..."
