"I only give this 2 stars because of the "Nurse Practitioners" who have helped throughout the years. They are kind and I've been lucky to get some who've helped alot but the good ones usually transfer to better places. With that, communication with the office is the worst communication possible. If you attempt to call for information or an appointment, be prepared to leave a message... I can count ..."

"Dr. never follows up with results, calls never returned, medical records lost. When you send messages or request medication refills they block your account. I do not recommend Volusia Medical Center for Healthcare."

"My son was scheduled for a virtual appointment (there was no in-person appointment available anytime soon.) They called on the phone and all started out just fine. Then they said we needed to find the email link to go to the appointment. What email link?! They failed to send us the link. The rude receptionist said we are almost closing so we'll have to reschedule. When? A month from now? Two months? ..."
