"Callous indifference to patient care and incompetence drives this clinic. After a follow up check on a DVT blood clot that formed in my leg after a fracture, they failed -- for three+ weeks after the visit --to post the results to myChart, failed at any juncture to call me or contact me in any other way to provide the results, recomend followup care, or even renew my blood thinning medication.... ..."
