"This practice has been consistently disorganized, but my latest experience was the last straw. After my appointment, my doctor said he’d send my prescriptions, but nothing showed up. I called the office 15+ times, even explained I was going through withdrawals, and still got no apology or help. "Pill mill. Intake person never read my intake form. Unintelligible heavy accent. Services that require communication should not be offended by this. Servers and waiters need hands to serve and intake personel, well, should speak clearly that's all, not mocking."
