"Almost always longer wait times in our visits. We even tried switching doctors here at Vista Eye Care and saw 2 doctors so far at this practice. Same issues, in recent visit we had to just sit in the room waiting for doctor for 45+ minutes. Front Desk response was they are getting overbooked in these days and with medical patients. so, Apologies! And they says its fine, your appointments are 1 hour ..."

"Though I declined and signed that I don't want $49 retinal prevention check, they still did that and charged me. Longer wait times. Checkout and Front Desk ladies are too worst than doctors at this office. They talk so rude like they have every right to do so on what they have done."
