"The past several years have been great with Vision Source. However, on this last visit, they tried to force me into purchasing the “prescreening optima machine” and as always I let them know I would only go with what Medicare or TRICARE insurance pays for, as I can’t afford anything out-of-pocket. I went on into the pre-screening room and the technician then proceeds to sit me down at the machine…..and ..."

"On my initial visit, as I was being checked in, the lady asked if I still resided at (and said my entire street address). Before I could confirm it, Julie interjected, asked me which house I lived in on that street, and informed me that she also resided in the Windmill Farms neighborhood. It was very uncomfortable, and I felt an invasion of privacy. I’m sure other customers could hear the conversations ..."
