"The system portal they use to provide patient direction and for reporting test results is the worst I have ever experienced. It not only is Not intuitive, it is Unbelievably POORLY implemented and managed. I will STAY AWAY from using this group because of their inability to provide an intelligent and responsive customer portal."

"Terrible. No accountability, no apology for keeping us waiting over 90 min. Why schedule an appt when it's ignored??? We should be able to reverse bill VU for our time. Inexcusable. "Good luck scheduling a procedure. If you miss the scheduler's call and try to call back there is no way to contact them directly, you have to wait for them to try again. Basically, watch your phone at all times or you won't get scheduled."

Want to help me with my issue but then billing department come review my insurance and stated I have to pay to order for me to schedule the appointment for the surgery. Brooks seemingly refused to give me a simple exam just threw pills at me and Morgan, when I asked him about physical therapy (when pills didn't work), told me to buy a standing desk.
