"I have not had a visit yet. I have tried since Friday to make an appointment. Friday I called your office 18 times and was put on hold once, one time I actually talked to a person who transferred me to another person who was in charge of scheduling an appointment only to find her voice mail full and then I was hung up on. The other 16 calls rang 14 times and disconnected. So far today I have called ..."
