"I had a surgery last year. My ankle was the problem. Though I liked the doctor, I was shocked to see they charged me over $400 for a boot I had to wear after the surgery. The same boot was around $80 on amazon. I wrote to Virginia Mason Customer Relations office and even told my doctor about it. Nobody from customer relations was helpful. "Last Friday, December 16 I had a mammogram scheduled at 3:40 PM. I have had a lot of mammograms, but this was probably the worst, and most painful ever. The tech must have somehow caught the muscle on my left side, and overtightened the machine until I felt like it was being pulled from my breastbone. It HURT! I said stop, and she didn't, and I kept saying it. She finally released the machine. I was ..."
